First Stop of “Embrace the Gulf ——the Promotion Conference of Chinese Entrepreneurs’ Investment in the Gulf Countries” Held Successfully in Dalian
On 21st August，the first stop of “Embrace the Gulf ——the Promotion Conference of Chinese Entrepreneurs’ Investment in the Gulf Countries” was held in Dalian by China-Gulf International Communication Association and the Agency of Federation of GCC Chambers in China, jointly hosted by Dalian Branch of China Merchants Bank.
Mr. Yang Fuchang, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, thevice president of the China-Arab Friendship Association, the president of the China-Gulf International Communication Association, Mr. Abdullah Al-Saadi, the Ambassador of Sultanate of Oman in China, Mr. Wang Shijie the Chinese former Middle East Special Envoy and the vice president of the China-Gulf International Communication Association, Mr. Guan Zihuai, the former ambassador of China in Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain, vice president of the China-Gulf International Communication Association, Mr. Liu Jialin, general secretary of the China-Gulf International Communication Association and the chief representative of the Agency of Federation of GCC Chambers in China, and the president of Dalian Branch of China Merchants Bank paid a special visit to the conference.
The conference was hosted by Mr. Li Guochao, Deputy Secretary of the China-Gulf International Communication Association, and the President of Dalian Branch of China Merchants Bank. At first, the president of Dalian Branch of China Merchants Bank, Mr. Abdullah Al-Saadi, the Ambassador of Sultanate of Oman, and Mr. Yang Fuchang, president of the China-Gulf International Communication Association addressed respectively to express their wishes to the success of this conference. Subsequently, Mr. Liu Jialin, chief representative of the Agency of Federation of GCC Chambers in China delivered a speech about the theme of the conference.
More than 200 attendants who have the willingness to develop the market of the Gulf countries including the entrepreneurs and media executives from Dalian asked some questions about the policy and economic situation in the Gulf countries. Meanwhile, Mr. Yang Fuchang, Mr. Abdullah Al-Saadi, Mr. Wang Shijie, Mr. Guan Zihuai, and Mr. Liu Jialin answered their questions concerning with the areas of the investment, tourism, manufacturing, agriculture, industry, entrepreneurs, and real estate in Gulf countries in details winning outbursts of applause. Having a basic understanding of the situation in the Gulf countries through the conference, many entrepreneurs made the decision to develop the market of the Gulf countries. More importantly, Mr. Abdullah Al-Saadi, the Ambassador of Oman, expressed his acknowledgement to the success of this conference, and said that he would give his full support to the following work of the China-Gulf International Communication Association and the Agency of Federation of GCC Chambers in China to promote further cooperation of both sides.
The conference will be on tour in the major cities in China and the first group of Chinese entrepreneur delegation will visit the gulf countries in the near future.
